My Approach

The Safe Space - a place that exists both physically and emotionally, where one is both free and protected.

An environment where you can share anything and be anything while feeling reassured that you are accepted,

understood and supported just as you are.

Everything you need to live a more balanced life with more self-confidence and self-acceptance is

already within you - sometimes all it takes is a new perspective.

In "The Safe Space" you will be accompanied by me with all your topics, problems and concerns.

I will not present any advice or any solutions, but we will work them out together and individually for you.

​

I support you in perceiving and accepting yourself, with all your needs, traumas and flaws.

If we perceive ourselves in all facets, we can understand and accept each other or bring about changes.

 

We will only consider and delve into past experiences if they are useful for your present and future.

It's always about reconnecting with yourself, training your ability to set healthy boundaries and thus

strengthening your SELF.
